We really enjoyed the main dining room experience on this cruise. This cruise offered us the opportunity to do fixed 8:30 dining with the same waiter and same table every night. We had a random group of folks who met on the first night of the cruise. We ended up having a great time getting to know each other over the course of the cruise. That is something that always made traditional cruises very unique. With anytime dining or tables for two on other cruises we missed that opportunity.
Over all, our service and food were excellent. We had one night where due to one guest ordering multiple appetizers it delayed the service for our entrees for everyone else. Once we spoke with the staff and told them not to delay the other courses for the other guests, the service greatly improved. The rest of the cruise the service was prompt and attentive and the food properly hot. You will notice a very very rare roast beef, I wouldn’t eat it that rare, but that is how the guest at our table ordered it.

Many of the Celebrity favorites were included. Seafood and pasta, steak with chimichurri sauce roast veal.
We also enjoyed prosciutto salad, more steak, branzino and braised lamb in pastry.
We really enjoyed much of the food, which included lobster ravioli, several kinds of braised meats and more.
We enjoyed one night of specialty dining on the Constellation. The steaks and pasta at this venue are always so good. My husband actually made the reservation for Halloween night, so that is why I am at the dinner dressed as Liza Minelli.
With this being a 15 night cruise there were lots of different options including Beef Bordeauxlaise, and chicken roulade.
