Since we had never been to Palma de Majorca, we did take a shuttle into town and explore the main shopping street and the plaza outside the cathedral, as well as some of the historical buildings.

There were several cruise ships in port this day, including the large Wonder of the Seas, so lots of folks milling about town and the main sites. While we chose to focus on the architecture of the historic town center, the area is also know if its beautiful beaches.
