After a brief scenic cruise up the Danube from Bratislava, we docked for a short time in Hainburg, Austria. This was more of a technical stop to hold our place for going through the locks later that night, but there was enough time and daylight to enjoy a brief stroll around town. We passed one of the beautiful ruined castles that seem to dot every hill along the Danube.
