Victoria is a quaint port that I had visited on several occasions when cruising from Seattle to Alaska. The Passenger Service Vessel Act requires ships that are not US flagged and crewed, to visit a foreign port when doing a roundtrip cruise from a US port. For cruises from Seattle, it is usually Victoria, for a short evening stop on the last night of the cruise.

On this cruise, I just walked around Fisherman’s Warf and took pictures of the pretty scenery, boats and houseboats. I have included a stock picture of one the highlights for Victoria, the most popular attraction Butchart Gardens.
