Our scenic sailing around Cape Horn was not nearly as scenic when we did this in 2020. We had a calm clear day that year, but this year we had haze, light showers, wind and a bit of a chop. However,we could could still see the lighthouse and the monument on the island. We toughed it out in the not so great weather for a while and stayed in side the rest of the day as we headed across the Drake Passage the rest of the day and night.
