Virtual Cruise With Mary Alyce: Eurodam Sea Day

It was a windy day at sea but we were able to get a walk in around the deck.

Today, we explored more of the ship. The Explorations Cafe (library & internet) is on the observation deck next to the Crow’s Nest.  The color palette is brown and turquoise with hints of cream. The cabins are done in cream, olive green and touches of beige and brown. The balcony furniture is brown and cream.

We enjoyed lunch at the Tamarind. There is no charge, but reservations are required. There is a set menu of Dim Sum. It was quite delightful.

Of course, we played trivia with two of our dinner partners. We scored 16 out of 20 but did not win.

There are many familiar faces amongst the crew. It is always fun to renew friendships.

The Northern Lights Disco with DJ Jazzy is really cool. They have a brown and turquoise theme and lots of lights. Jazzy even put us on camera on projected us on the table in our little cubicle. He also put the baseball game projected on our table, really neat technology.

We lose a 1/2 hour tonight because of the time zone in Newfoundland. Time for the drink of the day, the lemon drop.
