If you canâ€™t stand the heat then get out of the kitchen! And into the relaxed and informal environment of a private cooking and tasting session with ITV Hellâ€™s Kitchen star, Marco Pierre White.
The renowned chef will be travelling on board P&O Cruises superliner Ventura at various dates throughout the year and will be offering the chance for passengers to get up close and personal.
Marco will be delivering private cookery sessions to groups of up to eight adults and children in one of the ships galleys. The interactive sessions will involve participants joining Marco as he creates a three-course feast and taste the finished dishes. Marco will also answer questions about the meal being prepared or any related cooking questions.
Marco Pierre White said â€œFor me it is all about passing on the knowledge I have and about using good ingredients to create simple and flavoursome dishes. Passengers will have the chance to get involved with the thought process behind the construction of the dishes I produce as well as getting to taste the finished article. These private cooking sessions are a first for me and I canâ€™t wait to get on board to start cooking.â€
The Marco Pierre White Heavens Kitchen sessions will cost Â£75 per adult and Â£35 per child and are bookable on the following cruises*.

Marco has his first restaurant at sea on board Ventura. The White Room provides passengers with panoramic views and the option of dining under the stars in the evening. Sample dishes include salad of chicory and pear with Gorgonzola cheese, fillet of Turbot with citrus fruits, and fresh fruits in Prosecco jelly with passion fruit syrup.
