Costa World Renaissance Cruise – On Board The Ship
Here are some pictures from life on board the World Renaissance including dining, entertainment, and activities during our Caribbean cruise in 1978. I look back at these pictures see the simple accommodations and close to tacky decor, and wonder how we had such a fantastic time. Then I remember that the decor was pretty standard for the 70′s, and it was the crew, staff, and other passengers that really created the memorable cruise experience.

- Costume Night!!1 I wore a ballet costume and my fiend Bobby dressed as a Costa Officer!
- Well we won it all!!! We entered the costume contest as the the Georgia answer to the West End Dancers, the "South End Dancers", pun intended. Some how I think dad in a tutu and wig clenched it for us.
