Hopefully a few of our other readers who are familiar with Oasis will be able to provide you with more information.

I think you will be happy with your accomodations, two joined rooms provide plenty of room and two restrooms. You should be able to enjoy the ocean views from just about any of the public spaces on your ship. Just remember that the compact rooms are more like a large RV rather than a hotel room.  Oasis has so much to offer, much like a small city.  Keep that in mind in making sure that your teen and preteen check in with you and make sure they let you know where and when they are going. Â
They should have lots to keep them busy, but make sure that you spend good family time together.   When we cruise with our kids we let them review the ship's general activities and kids activities and then when plan what they will do with us and what they will do in the kids/teen club.  We usually try to arrange our meals together, with an occasional exception if they want to eat with the teens for a special activity.  However our general family rule is that we dine together and get caught up on the day if we have been doing separate activities.
Â
If you want them to dress up for the formal nights or have something nicer for them to wear for the casual nights, don't spend a fortune.  You may be able to rent a local tuxedo or one from the cruise line.  Call and see what the prices are and consider your baggage fees.   Call me cheap or crazy but I shop the nice resale/thrift stores for blazers, khakis, dress pants, dress shirts and golf shirts.  They outgrow them so fast, why pay full price?  Some of the stuff at thrift stores is brand new and even has tags.  The men's wear at places like Goodwill, especially their nicer stores, tends to be hardly worn, if not new.  My son recently took up golf and that is where I got his collard shirts and golf pants.  When the outgrown them you can just donate them back to the shop. Â
Â
Have fun, everything will be nearly perfect, but not completely, so don't let the 1% negative spoil your fun.  Remind the boys to be courteous, even extra courteous and do things like hold doors, wait for others to exit the elevator, don't run in the halls or play in the elevators. These are all things I have reminded my kids of, and for the most part we have received nice compliments from other cruisers. They will have so many active things to do on this ship like skating and rock climbing, that they shouldn't find them selves with nothing to do. Â
Â
Those are my tips.  You might want to visit a bigger site like CruiseCritic.com and check out the roll call for your ship or join the RC Forum.   They have many more members than we have, and many that have cruised your ship. Â
