We have recently updated our website to display gravatars by default for folks. Gravatars are global avatars that remain constant from one website to another without having to upload a gravatar at every site.

If you don’t have a gravatar, you can get one at:

http://site.gravatar.com

If you prefer, you can still upload an avatar for use in the forums.
