While almost all cruise lines accommodate service animals, the only line I know of that offers a kennel program is Cunard. This is a service that they have long offered their passengers due to the large number of Trans-Atlantic voyages they have traditionally offered. The dogs stay in a kennel and passengers are allowed to visit and play with the dogs during the voyage, but the dogs and/or cats are restricted to the kennel and play yard area.
