For years I have wondered what it's really like working on a cruise ship. Why aren't there any Americans? I ask my waiters and my room stewards what it's like living and working there, but how can I relate to their answers? They are from such a different world than I. A couple books are there from cruise directors and captains and stuff, but they aren't really crew, are they?
Finally I found a new book, called Cruise Confidential. It should be required reading for anyone going on a cruise! You want to know what it's like working on a ship, read this! It was informative and funny and even a hint romantic. Trust me, you'll never see a cruise the same way again! If anyone else out there is like me, you will appreciate learning about this book.
