I visited their home page, and from there is is hard to tell what they are like. Their web site seems pretty well organized, they participate in Cruise Compete which is a bidding system for multiple agencies, and they seem to bring up correct information through their booking system, though I found that Online, they did not list every possible cabin category, so you may need to call them if the category doesn't come up.
You may want to call them just to ask them some questions about their agency, particularly since they are a online only agency, and not a “Brick and Mortor” agency. In this day and age more an more online companies are popping up and some are great and others are “Fliy by night”. You might get a feel for how they operate by calling them.
Perhaps another reader from here at Cruise Talk has used them and can give us first hand information.
