Celebrity Solstice Goes Green in More Ways Than One Celebrity Solstice Goes Green in mehrfacher Hinsicht
Celebrity will debut its latest ship the Solstice in late November of 2008. Celebrity-Debüt wird seine neuesten Schiff der Sonnenwende Ende November 2008 abgeschlossen sein. In addition to its many typical cruise ship features like specialty dining and evening venues, the ship will have to innovative “green” features. Months ago Celebrity announced that the ship will feature a top deck covered with living grass. Celebrity Monaten angekündigt, dass das Schiff wird mit einem Top-Deck mit lebenden Gras. We are still waiting the official announcement of what the solar panels will power and how much electricity costs they will defray, but it sure is interesting to see a cruise ship with panels that will hopefully keep operating costs and cruise prices low in the current high priced fossil fuel market.
