John,

You may have found something I didn't. I knew Cunard offered TA's but I wasn't aware of BTB packages. Do you have any details to help us out?

I believe your answer to Paul is incorrect and out of Date. Cunard offers Round Trip Packages from April to October in 2009. No I do not mean individual sailings but actual package round trips, yes, we all do not fly. HPG

Paul, I don't think any lines offer BTB Transatlantic cruises. The cruises from Europe to the Americas and the reverse are "Repositioning Cruises."

The cruise lines tend to cruise the Caribbean during the winter when it is not hurricane season. Then they "Reposition" to other locations during the summer months where the weather is less likely to be disruptive. A few lines do leave a few ships in the Gulf of Mexico/Caribbean waters during the summer, but most ships move over to Europe or Alaska for those months. The Alaska, Mediterranean and Northern Europe itineraries have proven very popular and profitable.

So if you don't mind a 4 or 5 month layover in Europe, you could it round trip, but really these are just "Repositioning Cruises."
