MSC Cruises special œKids Sail Free holiday offer has proven so popular that the line is extending it to nearly all of its winter 2006-07 Caribbean season sailings.

Do any of the “kids sale free” offers leave from a NYC port?
I did a quick look at the MSC Web Page, and found a current up-date to their kids Sail Free Promotion. They are offering it on the Lirica and Orchestra for Caribbean sailings, but in my quick glance it doesn’t look like any of the sailings are out of New York.
I’m not exactly sure how the program works. Probably the best way to find out if they have something that would work for you would be to contact them directly and just ask if they have any NY departures that offer the kids sail free promotion.
